The Washington Industrial Technology Education Association (WITEA) serves Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers in the content areas of STEM, Technology Education, and Skilled and Technical Sciences.
Mission
SUPPORT AND PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE MUTUAL WELFARE OF OUR MEMBERS AND TO PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF TEACHERS AND PROGRAMS OF TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION AND CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. All FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING AN ACTIVE LEADERSHIP ROLE IN WASHINGTON STATE AND MAINTAINING A WELL-EDUCATED CITIZENSHIP.

WA-ACTE provides leadership and services to our members as they prepare students for lifelong career success and to provide leadership to enhance and support career and technical education (CTE) in communities and schools.
Central Washington University Technology Education Program
The Technology Education major leads to a Bachelor of Science degree that allows candidates to teach exploratory Technology Education (STEM) at the junior or senior high level.
International Technology and Engineering Educators Association
ITEEA is WITEA’s national parent organization. ITEEA strengthens the profession through leadership, professional development, membership services, publications, and classroom activities.

Washington Technology Student Association
Washington TSA is the career and technical student organization for middle- and high school students in STEM education. Members apply and integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts through co-curricular activities, competitive events, and related programs.
